EMailProtection, EMailProtectionFunction

The two new configurations for EMailProtection and EMailProtectionFunction need to be described here. It would be important to note that the two protection modes "encode" and "function" require javascript enabled on the visitors browsers. It is also important to note that the "function" mode of course needs the defined javascript function to be present on the frontend (where we output the html).
